Yay to the worlds most boring looking tutorial in the history of tutorials. EVER. I just slapped this together as quickly as possible because someone very nicely asked 
Requested by ~FarFromLies. I hope she finds it useful.
*Just something I didnt mention in the tutorial- when you want to blend all the layers together FLATTEN YOUR IMAGE instead of just merging your hair layers. If you do that you'll get your original coontails, as shown in the second picture in the tutorial.
And don't forget to mess around with opacity and different blending modes. This is here simply to give you an IDEA on how to acheieve this, you're better off playing around with the settings yourself.
