Conditions for Stock/References

Please Read All Following Rules. By Using Our Stock You Are Agreeing To Our Terms Of Usage.

General Use:
-You must link back to DiamondandJewel in the artists comments and/or a link back to the orginal picture. Failure to do so is stealing and violating the rules of stock.
-Photo must be manipulated in someway.
-Must leave a comment with a link to the art made.
-You may use our stock to CREATE stock (such as premade background etc) but permission must be given first. Only exception is any stocks with models in it. Those may not be resubmitted as stock.

Regarding Prints:
-Any art using our stock may be avaible as prints. If any questions note DiamondandJewel or leave a comment.

Regarding Use Outside of DA:
-Permission must be given before any art using our stock is allowed outside of DA. This is mostly so we can keep track of our stocks. We don't want our stuff thrown all around the internet where people can pass it off as their own.
-Permission must be asked in the form of a note. Comments regarding this matter will be ignored. I dont want to have to go through 400 comments to make sure no one is waiting for permission to post outside of DA.

Anything from our stock gallery is not allowed to be submitted under the photography catagory of DA. No exceptions.
